BOX passing- 5 (6 if needed) people per box.. They are passing it around the box while trying to give accurate passes and have a small first touch. Follow your pass. TWO TOUCH IF POSSIBLE. The inner box is supposed to add as "pressure" because they have to stay in those given lanes. The cant let the ball go outside of the big box and it cant go inside of the little box either. FOCUSES: opening their bodies up to the passer and next receiver. Giving a paced ball. Accurate passes.
Competitions: Box Competing against other box. 1. First box to 20 round (all the way around the box from start to finish is 1). 2. First box to 10 passes. 3. First box to 5 passes. ROUNDS ONLY COUNT WHEN THERE ARE NO MESS UPS. So it should take a while.
