In a 1 v 1 situation two players much engage in a heading battle
the ball is played in by the thrower and the players must battle to win the ball and head it back
Progression:
Get the players to rotate so they are not facing the player repeatedly.

One of the players could be static just becoming a obstacle

6 v 6 game no goal keepers
Corners have markers on them

Players have a free playing game to begin with
Players must score a goal with their head in any goal
If the players have the ball in the corner zone they may pick the ball and throw it towards players in the box
highest scoring team wins

Players have a time limit on scoring
players must be passed the ball before picking it up in the zone
