Work from the middle towards a server at each end with a ball.
Servers pass once the player ismoving towards them, alternate left and right foot.
Vary serves for volleys, half-volleys, left thigh to right foot etc.

How to Play
Reds try to keep possession against Blues, who press to win the ball.
If Blues win the ball they try to play into their team mate in the other half. Reds can counter-press.
Reds must send 4 players across to try to win the ball back.
Possible Coaching Points
In Possession
Play quickly.
Accuracy and pace of passing.
Play in between the defenders.
Out of Possession
Work as a team.
Communicate.
Try to make play predictable. (Players away from the ball MUST read the run of the man closing down).

How to Play
As previous but the Blue player in the opposite half must stay on the end line until the Blues win the ball.
Reds try to keep possession against Blues, who press to win the ball.
If Blues win the ball they try to play into their team mate in the other half and then attempt to score.
Reds can counter-press.
Reds must make appropriate recovery runs to defend the goal.
