Goal: Try to make fluent & fast 3 player combination towards goal with midfielder overlap
Exercise: A carries ball to 25m, when @ cone: attackers B & C drop to ask for the ball. One of them receives pass from A and plays 1-2 combination to corner. The other makes acceleration to D to score (tip-in) goal.
Rotation: A/B/C or fix
Variations: mirror exercise, second pass = free choice, bring defender into square
Extra information: for attackers > don't run back too early (then overlap = too obvious), try to make as much forehand passings. Pass back to the right = closed forehand.
