- Second shot infront of red line
Rules
- If you miss both shots you are out
- If you make one shot you are still in
- If you catch the ball while you are out of the game, you are back in

Rules
-First to two goals wins
-Winner stays on the field
-Whatever goal they scored their second goal on they now defend that goal and go the other way
-Team that is out are one touch passers for team that passes to them that is playing

- Drill starts over from player he did not receive ball from or did not pass too.
Coaching Points
- Light on feet to change direction of hips quickly
- Eye on the ball at moment of contact
- Lock ankle
- Entire body moves in one direction to go through the ball (all momentam is moving in one direction to help keep accuracy)
