Description - The area is 20 x 30 and each team starts with 3 players in each half of the pitch. Goals are set 5 yards behind each end line. The team in possession can send one player into the opposite half to create an overload. The team out of possession MUST keep 3 players in each half.
Technical - Quick passing & interchange of positions in possession.
Tactical - Opposite side attackers can make late forward runs to receive switched passes. Defending team can counter attack quickly when possession is regained.
Physical - Game specific movements and pace.
Psychological/Social - Team play. Strong mentality to defend when outnumbered.
Learning Objectives - Recognise cues & triggers. Understand how, when & why to exploit the "weak"side.

Description - Small sided game. Set up goals on 6 yard or 18 yard line depending on numbers. Both teams operate with a striker in the end zone who has to link play. He can only score from a rebound.
Technical - Use the striker to create overloads on one side of the pitch. Play into the striker when you can see him with fast, low passes.
Tactical - Have forward runners to the strikers left & right (options).
Physical - Match pace, game specific movements.
Psychological/Social - Team work/play. Understanding of linking units.
Progressions
1. Play into striker and lay off to shoot from outside the line.
2. Play into striker and break into end zone to score.
3. Add a centre back to defend the striker.
4. Free play.

Description - Warm Up, work from both ends of both grids simultaneously.
1. Pass - set - pass out
2. Pass - set - pass to opposite setter - set again - pass out
3. Pass to opposite setter - setters pass to each other, then pass to runner
Players on end lines always follow their pass and go out.
