Dynamic Warm-Up (15 mins)
Organisation: (15min) Lay out markers as per diagram and distance based on desired session.
Pre-Season - Increase distance / Mid Season SAQ - Reduce distance.
Instructions:
1 - Player dribbles between markers from A - K (Increase speed and turn as warm-up continues)
2 - Dribble to pole, check into marker, then dribble to diagonal marker and continuie through to K
3 - Player dribbles to pole (stops and turns), and returns long pass / short pass to next player RF/LF
4 - Same as above but player serves RF/LF Volleys to incoming player who is holding his ball.
5- Same as above but player runs to pole before checking in to volley at small marker.
6 - Following the zig-zag sequence, chect and volley, then headers.
Progression / Variation:
Increase speed, turns, sprints without the ball.
