Players begin with a simple game of unopposed "horseshoes". Teammate plays a flighted ball and receiver has one touch out of the air to settle the ball as close to the target cone as possible. Only ONE TOUCH! Ball is not touched again until it stops. Opponents attempt to land their ball closer to the target cone for a point. If the ball bounces before a settling touch it's dead and does not count. Progress to a ball into a box and player must settle and keep possession under pressure of a defender.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Receiver must shield off defender and attempt to settle the ball within the 5x5 box. Balls can begin to be played on the ground but should be progressed to flighted passes. If successful, team keeps possession and plays back the other direction until defenders prevent settling in the box or touch is played outside of the box.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Play to a set number of points.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Receiving team must control the ball within the 10x10 box and keep possession completing 5 passes in the 4v1 to earn a point. Then opposition has a chance to return a pass to their team at the other end.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: After the pass in is delivered, Blue may send a second defender to the other end to try to prevent the 5 passes.
