Organization: 20x30 box
Instructions: 4 v 4 in the box; once the red team gets 4 passes in a row, they may find the open target player who will be making runs from the wing. The target player can't go to goal until he has support from one of his players. One blue player have to run back to defend the counter attack
Coaching Points/Questions: Finding the open target through space and through balls
Regressions/Progressions: Make it 5 passes in a row and make two defenders go back on the counter attack. (If they aren't scoring, start the counter attack with no defenders and gradually add one)

Organization: Create 10 yard lanes from sideline on either side of the field. 2v1 plus 1 is the set up for players.
Instructions: This is a 2v1 activity to goal; however, B and C have the option to use D wide. If they don't use D and they score, it's 1 point. If they use D and score, it's 2 points.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Having the players decide when to take on the defender, and when to use the width of the field. Player D has to stay in his/her lane in order to practice staying in position.
Regressions/Progressions:
You can make this a 3v2 plus 1 situation as well. Or add a player on the opposite wing too.
