Organization:
1 gk one, outside back, one holding mid, one striker)
Instructions:
Players work on passing patterns out of the back and into the pug goals or through the gate. Patterns will change based on coaching specifications.
Coaching Points:
1. Play of the back foot if teammate has space to turn. Front foot if defender is tight. By pass first player if passing lane is available
2. Weight of pass to suck defender (light) in or bypass defender (heavy)
3. Accuracy of next pass (play of furthest foot to keep away from defender)
4. Improvisation and imagination
Progressions:
Players have (20, 35, 40) seconds to score based on complexity of passing patterns.

Organization:
Each side has: 1 GK, 1 Def, 1 Outside Mid, 1 Striker. Against defender(s).
Instructions:
Players look to build out of the back and gain points by dribbling through gates or passing into pug nets.
If the defender win the ball they score on the pug nets.
Coaching Points:
1. Play of the back foot if teammate has space to turn. Front foot if defender is tight. By pass first player if passing lane is available
2. Weight of pass to suck defender (light) in or bypass defender (heavy)
3. Communication on the release of pass

Team looks to build out out using the Gk. Attacking team gains points by dribbling through the gates or passing into the pug nets. If defending group wins the ball they go straight to goal.

3 attacking players attempt to find a pug goal for 1 point or dribbling through gate for a point against defender(s). If defender wins the ball they look to score in oppositions pugs.

First attacker may now dribble forward before playing the ball into the player. On this movement a second defender may enter the grid making it a 3v2.
