20x30yd field teams at opposite ends
Coach plays ball in from the side, the outside players from each team race to ball and aim to dribble across the opposition line score.
Each team is allowed to use the extra players (bumpers) on their own side.
Once a team scores, the next ball is played in.
Defenders work together to block the attacking dribbler, they are allowed one step forward on to the field
