Organization:
1.15 x 20 yard areas, set up as shown
2.Players divided into 2/3 groups depending on number
3.1 ball per player
Instructions:
1. Players dribble towards red cones (passive defender) then execute skill move (Roll, Fake/Feint,
Scizzors)to get pass cone
2. Players must then accelerate to Orange cone and dribble around cone after executing skill moves
pass the two red cones
3.Next player in line goes when player in front start to accelerate
4.Movement should be sharp, tidy and quick too ensure heart rates raised.
Coaching Points:
1. Players should beware of the distance inwhich to execute move. Not too close/far away from defender (cones)
2. Head Up to observe distance and space infront of you
3. Acceleration after growing through small cones
4. try to touch ball with every step of your dribble
Progressions:
1.P - Reduce distance between the small cones
2.P - Right/Left combinations for a race between groups

Organization:
- Each Player has a soccer ball
- EAch Player placed infront a cone one side side of the cone
Instructions:
- Players execute an accelerated dribble towaards cone
- Players decelerate when they get close to cone. execute V-move/Twist Off
- Accelerate to opposite side of court after executing move
- repeat activity
Coaching Points:
- Players must be in control of ball from start to finish 'Messi touches'
- use appropriate surfaces to guide ball past defender with both moves
Progressions:
-Remove cones and replace with a player

Organization:
1. Area is 40x40 area or whatever space you have
2. Players work in pairs/ one ball
Instructions:
1. Player 1 passes a ball into Player 2
2. Player 1 is immediately release with his/her pass
3. Player 1 must try to close down space between him/herself and Player2
4. Player 2 must take first touch away from pressure then dribble into space left by player one
5. Player 2 then repeats the activity acting as player 1
Coaching Points:
1. Players must make eye contact before executing pass
2. Player 2 must attack the ball and receive on the move.
3. Defending player must not try to win the ball
Progressions:
1. defenders can try to win the ball.

Organization:
- 8-16 players playing 1v1v1v1 set up as shown
- Each team is assigned one
- Coach becomes referee/ball server
Instructions:
-Players score 1pt if they score in small goal & 3pts if they hit opposition's cone
Players are encourage to pass when the see an open player
And shoot when they dont
Coaching Points:
- Use laces to shoot at all times
- Players should communicate I'm open to teammates when they are in good positions
- Players should SHOOT/play ball into open space when they see no option to pass
Progressions:
1. Players only have 2 two touches
2. Players must make 5 passes before scoring

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Coach introduces each turn to group through demonstration (pull back, L-turn, cryuff, inside/outside cuts)
2. Coach then assigns each turn a number 1-5
3. Coach asks his players to dribble and execute a turn when number is called.
4. If wrong turn is executed or turn is executed too slow player has to do toe taps/jumping jacks
5. Play for a set time, player with the least mistakes made is the Turning Champ
Coaching Points:
1.Change of speed
2.Change of direction
3. Acceleration after Turn
Progressions:
1. Coach calls 2 numbers for a combination of turns.
2. Change the numbers for different turns or add more numbers to incorporate ball mastery techniques example Boxes/penguins
