Speed/Coordination - 15 Minutes
1. Fast Feet
a. Players behind marker, fast feet up and down as quickly as possible. On coaches whistle, sprint to end of markers, jog back. Next player immediately starting fast feet when player previously player sprints
b. Players on marker, fast feet of marker right and left. Coaches whistle to sprint again.
2. Balance
a. Players balancing on right foot, squatting up and down. On coaches whistle, sprint and slalom through markers.
b. Players balancing on left foot now.
c. Players balancing on right foot on right side of marker, squat, then jump to left foot on left side of marker, squat, then continue to right/left/right/left, coaches whistle to sprint

Dribbling at speed
30 Minutes
1. Players dribbling across at speed using the laces, leaving ball for next player.
a. focus on dribbling with laces, taking small touches to begin with, touch every step.
b. Progression, opening up now, extending ball further out
2. Players dribbling across using the sole of foot, leaving ball for next player
Competition:
1. Player A dribbles across with laces, leaves ball for Player B. Player A must run around the line and chase Player B. Upon receiving the ball, Player B immediately dribbles at speed trying to avoid being tagged. Player B leaves ball for Player C, runs around line and chases Player C
Compete for 2 minutes. Progression: players dribble with sole of foot only.
Progression:
Square Chase 5x5 Grid
Player A and Player B. Player A with ball. Player B trying to tag Player A, players must stay outside of grid. Players can change directions as many times to avoid being tagged. If player gets tagged, reverse roles.
Progression: both players with ball now.

Attacking Goal under pressure
30 Minutes
Red team starts attack, yellow team defends. Yellow team must slalom through markers before chasing to defend. Once Red attack is finished, Yellow attacker going the other way, now red defender must slalom through. 5 minute game.
Coaching points: attacking player looking to get to goal as quickly as possible. Cut defenders angle off by getting across his body.
Progression: 2v1
