Organization:

1. Setup as shown (40x30 yds)

2. Three zones - Two 16yd zones & One 8yds zone.

3. 12-13 players.

Instructions:

1. Three teams of 3 players.

2. Two full time CF's.

3. Two full time GK's.

4. One team starts attacking 4v3 with the CF(#9)

5. If attacking team scores they receive a point and play 4v3 again to opposite side.

6. If defending team w ins possession they attack to opposite side.

7. Team that w as attacking becomes defending team.

8. Continue pattern.

Coaching Points:

1. Recognize movement of defender. (when to create w idth & w hen to make diagonal runs)

2. Movement of CF (#9) checking to ball and making diagonal runs.

3. Speed of play w ith Technical Sharpness.
