Warm Up

Red player acts as feeder

Red Player and Blue Player pass 4 times before Blue Player sprints and touches red cone 4 yards away and then returns to receive pass at central point

Repeat 5 times and then change over

Continue with purple cone - run backwards, turn around cone and sprint back to receiving zone to complete 4 passes (change after 5)

Final run is to sprint around pole and return to complete passes

Progression

Red player completes throw in instead of pass / Goalkeeper can roll/throw

Vary combinations e.g 2 runs to red cone and one to pole

Coach can call random combinations to maintain alertness

Using just the poles player completes 4 passes runs around pole into the next receiver. Player on far end must run back to the start receiver
