Organization: 8v6. Extra players roatate on after 3 rounds of possession. 1 Large goal. 2 bow nets. 2 dribble gates in the wide area. 100 x 50 yards.
Instructions: The game begins with an entry ball from the GK. The attacking team (RED) attempts to score by passing into bow nets or dribbling through gates in the wide area. Defensive team (BLUE) attempts to press the the ball and win posession.
The #9 shadow presses the opposition #6 by eliminating passing lanes into feet. The #9 allows the opposition #5 and #4 posession in their own end but as they start to drive forward on the dribble the #9 presses the ball whilst cutting off the #6. The defensive #7, #11 forces the ball central by cutting off passing lanes into the opposition #3 and #2. The defensive #10, #8, #6 work together to compact the space centrally and win the ball.
