Instructions:

Same process,

-Player passes to opposite player to the inside of the field, then he must take a shot with one touch.

-Must Make a good pass, not too slow, or too fast.

-Must be ready to shoot one time.

INSTRUCTIONS-

5v6 with golies,

4 Reds CB, LW, RW, ST

5 Blues, CB, LW, RW, CM, ST

-Starts by coach passing to one blue player, then players go score.

-Blue can only score by shooting the ball from behind the red line.

-Blue and red players can pass the line, but cannot shoot from over the line.

-Red players must take the ball away and score.

-Red player get 2 points if they score,

Blue players get 1 point for every goal.

-NOTE: Blue players after taken the shot, then they can go and score from the rebound from anywhere in the field. If ball is out the field, shot, then coach starts the ball

-SWITCH PLAYERS FROM OUTSIDE STANDING EVERY 5 MINUTES.

-Also switch blue and reds,

Coaching points-

Find the gap to score from behind the line.

-IF no space to shoot, return back to switch the line

-St must also make runs forward to wing, to get the opponents to spread out, for the wingers or CM to take the shot.

-Take one time shots, If you have space dribble closer to the line, to shoot,

-Find teammate where he is free to shot.

-After taking the shot, ST Must start to run for the rebound, and or press the defender

-DO NOT JUST LOOK AT THE BALL GO.

PROGRESSION-

add More players, and equal amount of players 7v7 or 6v6.
