4 v 4 (increase, decrease depending on numbers) in the middle with 2 players from each team in a corner box each.

To score, pass to own player in the corner to pass it out to another player on the same team. The player who passed it into the square then goes into the corner.

Change the scoring system to once the ball has been passed into the corner, any player from the same team can go into the square. This teaches players to fill the gaps left by others.
