Method: PERFORM THIS DRILL AT 100% after warmup and stretch’s.
Place 5 cones in a straight line 10/15 yds/M of distance between each cone.
Start Drill by sprinting from cone 1 to 2, touch cone with hand and sprint back.
Next sprint from 1 to 3 touch cone and back to 1.
Next 1 to 4 touch cone and back to 1.
Next sprint to 5 , touch cone but reverse now and go to blue 1 touch cone and return to 1 on blue side and follow sequence as first.
One REPETITION is by sprinting from 1-5 and from 5-1.
Perform 6 repetitions to start with 10 target.
