Players pass from 1-2-3-4-5-1-2-3-4-5-1-etc, etc, finding ways to move the ball quicker and more efficiently.
They are to find a new space/grid/oustide cones, etc in order to move around the space and intermix the groups.
COMPETITION - Count passes for 30 Seconds + and how many can you get.

Protect the Castle Game
Possession team looks to move the ball quickly, sharply and effeciantly to create a passing lane to knock the ball of the cone behind the defender. The defender is "protecting" the ball "castle"

Players look to move the ball from one target to another looking to play smart. 8 Passes is a point and the shape within the possession is important to create solid/quality possession.
Add a neutral as needed.
Ideal
1st look to play THROUGH (beat players out with the pass)
2nd Look to play AROUND (get outside the defense and play down line)
3rd Look to keep POSSESSION (Probe and shift the defense to open them up or tighten up too much)

Warm Up - Technical
Players in groups of 3 or 4 with Passing Technical quickness
Once they finish the passing sequences the active player will take a "Positive" 1st touch forard and dribble in a tight figure 8 around the cones at the top of the grid. They will then return as the serving player. The serving player goes to the back of the line and the waiting player steps up to become active.
