Organisation:
- 15 x 25 yrd area
- Groups of 3 players
- One ball per group
Player A passes to B who receives on the back foot, turns and passes to C. The process is then repeated in reverse (C to B, to A, etc)
Key Points:
- Receive on back foot
- Open body shape
- Weight/accuracy of pass
Progressions:
1) After B plays the ball, they move to a new position in the middle
2) Now A & B must move to a new position at either end once they have played the ball
3) Different types of turn from B in the middle position
Additional Key Points:
- Looking over shoulder before receiving the ball to where the end player has moved to.
- B staying on the ball if the pass is obstructed by another player

Organisation:
- 2v2 inside the area
- 2 target players at either end
2 Reds combine in the middle (building on theme from last week) to transer the ball from one end to the other
Conditions:
1) Number of times can transfer the ball across in 90 seconds
2) Extra points if one player in the middle performs a turn
To make it easier have a 3v2 in the middle, leaving 1 target player at one of the ends

Organisation:
- Players in 2s or 3s.
- Each player has a ball
One player acts as the leader and sets of dribbling around the area. The other player(s) follow, copying the movements and path of the leader.
Question to Players: How many different ways can you change direction with the ball?
