Closes down on attacker
Attacker takes 3 touches diagonally in one direction
On 4th touch, attacker cuts back to go other direction
Defender uses poke tackle to lightly disposses attacker
Continues until at the end of the channel

4 players per grid (2 defenders, 2 attackers)
Instructions:
1.Defending player starts with the ball
2.Defending player passes into the attacking player
3.The attacking player moves out to receive the ball and attempt to beat the defender and dribble through one of the two scoring gates situated on the defenders end line
4.Defending player becomes active on the attackers first touch and attempts to win the ball, if defender wins the ball they score on counter goals at the opposite end of the grid. Defender also gets a point for being able to force attacking player out of the grid.
5.Players rotate roles after set period of time
6.Award points for successful attempts and keep score
