2 driils in 1.

Ball starts at edge of box and progresses up toward half way line.

Once last player gets ball then they take a sprint with the ball and shoots at edge of box.

Players follow their passes.

Players swap sides after their shot.

8 v 6 plus keeper

Starts with keeper (first 10 times we reset to keeper)

player 6 never leaves red box (blue and red)

3 and 4 move out to sides of box (deep)

2 and 5 push out to side lines and up the pitch

Red are trying to score in mini goals

Blue are trying to score in big goals.

Players 6,8 and 10 are link up players in both teams.

If needed players to play back to keeper

Keeper to be ready for pass backs and be in the right positions.
