-Instructions:
Place cones 10 yards apart as shown
-Sprint fro 1-2, Backpedal 2-3, Sprint 3-4, Side schuffle/Carioca 4-5, Sprint 5-2 then procede 4 times around at full speed.
-4 runs around the square at full speed equals 1 set.
-Repeat after 2' rest between set for a total of 4 repetitions.

Sprints
Attackers (Blue) chased by defenders (Yellow).
Attackers have to sprint around cone/pole and back to start.
Defenders have to try to catch them before they get back to their start point.
2x2 groups at each cone, so 1x2 does the drill while the other group rest then switch.

Key

Organisation
- Cones, bibs, balls and a goal.
How
- The ball gets played into one of the strikers and they will play a one to before the midfielder will make a run down the wing and cross the ball into the box. The striker will then move off the cone and attempt to finish the ball from the cross.
- The midfielder will then become a striker and striker will go back to the starting point.
Aims
- The players movement and passing ability has to be concise and fast, as the aim is to make it as relatable to a game situation as possible.
- Aim for the players to score a goal or get the ball on target.
- The cross has to be hard and low and aim to set the striker up for the shot.
Physical Benefits
- Players have to sprint to the end zone as fast as possible and back up to the halfway line after every shot they have, this aims to fatigue the payers so they have to maintain focus even when fatigued.
- Anaerobic fitness.
- 10 mins of shooting and running.

- Create competition between the two teams, who can score the most goals. Creates pressure.
