-Success in intercept and tackle in 1v1/2v1

Roles of Co Coach:
A- Seperate group, coach and manage separate, whilst in conversation to spot trends and solving problems together
B- DS manage one pitch, JH other.
C- Split practises. When progressed 6v6. DS to coach attacking units once one off Regain. JH to coach out of poss (Att to Def) Positive reaction to losing possession.
D- Coach and Manage seperate pitch. Implement Constraints and any other new ideas to introduce.

A/ 1v1 to start, the blue defenders swap each box. The red attacker must try and beat both Def 1 and then Def 2.
Def 1 cannot retreat past first line.
Def 2 to stay in second box.
Att asked to attack quickly, try to score in 10 seconds.

Opposing team, will enter the half, try and regain the ball, they only keep the ball by winning it and freeing it RECYCLE or dribbling into END ZONE. Which will then see the ball played into the other end.

pitch and will need discussions upon the REGAIN and what to do with the ball after.
Constraints and Conditions:
