Description
Line ball-
Area Split as illustrated, group split into pairs with a ball between the 2
A - defending coned area (shaded) they play a ball to B who will attack using skills developed in Ball mastery.
Objective for B is to dribble the ball into shaded area for a point
Start off with A's being passive to aid success and build confidence and progress to-
If A's win the ball they can run the ball through the gates at the opposite end to strike off a B point
this is to challenge the attacking B's and create realism.
Players to keep count of points won and struck off
Technical
Receiving, RWTB (including dribbling) skills relating to tactical emphasis
•Dribbling in tight areas to maintain possession
•Skills to feint and beat an opponent
•RWTB in to space
•Trick to beat opponent
•Safe trick to get out of trouble
•Use of disguise (trying to unbalance the defender)
•Use of both feet

Description
60x40 area split as illustrated with wide areas and end zones
Directional with reds attacking one way and blues the other
Objective is to get the ball to opposition player in the end zone, to score the ball must be passed through the gates and received and controlled by that player.
Play restarts with that player.
Players must stay in their zones, rotate positions periodically

A- RWTB and Dribbling- Attack cones-pass-RWTB-repeat
B- Ball Manipulation using various parts of the foot and both feet
i.e- inside-outside, outside-outside-inside etc.
In A look at tricks and disguises, speed and ball control-slow in-trick/disguise- fast out
In B look at keeping ball close and good control, speed, head up
