BLOOD AND GUTS 3V2
Two teams attack and defend for 5 minutes each. Most goals wins
Play is continuous, players have to work out rotation themselves
To begin, attacking player in line #1 plays checking player in line #2. (Play always starts from line # 1
As soon as attacking player in line #1 checks, defending player in line #1 can defend
Defender in line #4 can't come inside to defend until the attacking player in line #1 touches ball. If so, the attacking team is giving a point
Once attacking player #2 is played ball, they can look to shoot or combine with the attacking players in #1 and #3 to score
Defenders attempt to clear the ball from the penalty area. If goal is scored, ball goes wide/over goal, or goalkeeper has possession of ball, players clear and next ball is played in

SMALL SIDED TO ENDZONE
Play 3v3 or 4v4. Score by dribbling the ball into the endzone.
Progress: Score by passing the ball to a teammate running into the endzone. The ball must enter the zone before the player. If a player is standing in the endzone and receives a pass, the goal will not stand

WARM UP TRIANGLE PASSING IN PAIRS
Two players share a ball. The objective is to pass the ball thru the triangle, redirect the ball around a cone and then back through the triangle without touching the cones. A point is rewarded each time a pair is successful
