3 teams of 4 players
Each player has a number
-On the coaches command the player whose number is called moves to the next grid (Clockwise) and becomes the defender.
-Defender looks to force ball out of the area.
-They score a bonus point if they can put the ball into the goal outside the area.
-Team that maintains possession of the ball the longest wins 1 point.
-Reset when the balls are dead
- Play first team to 10 wins.

- Two options for the player in possession
- Angles of support
- Timing of movement ( when to move and when to stay)
-Quality of pass ( Timing. accuracy, weight, disguise, texture..)

6v6 ( Or 5v5 + 2 if required).
Ball played through central goal ( Triangle ) = 1 goal
- Ten consecutive passes = 1 goal
- Play 90 second rounds..
Coaching Points:
- Team shape ( make field big )
- Width, depth and length when in possession.
- Distance and angles of support
- Decissions in possession ( option 1 penetrate , option 2 posses)
Progressions:
- P1 Play 2 touches
- P2 Play 1 touch finish
- P3 Play no over head height.
- P4 2 or 4 lateral support ( 2 touches ) + 2 Big Goals + 2 GK

- 2 teams on, 1 off resting
- Play for 2 minutes, or 1 goal, whichever comes first
- Winners stay on
- If no goal is scored in two minutes, then the team on for longest goes off
