Only 2 options should be available for the centre back - a pass to the left half (1), or a forward carry (2)
(1) Centre forward continues run to block route back to centre back. Right forward and right half pressure left half together to win ball back - only option is to carry or force a ball into either the centre midfield or the free defender circled
(2) Centre forward tracks centre back and pressure on defender comes from a combination or inside forward (high midfielder) and right forward. Right forward much be sure to cover the ball into the left half

Offset centre forward to push ball to the left half
Midfielders front marking in behind
Only option should be either direct to left half or backwards to centre back
If the ball travels into the midfield, then ensure it comes back out and the midfielder has no time to turn
Really important that if the defence roll to 3 and a right or left half moves up the pitch, the left or right forward must track the player
One thing to note: the front 6, i.e. 3 forwards, 2 inside forwards and 1 centre midfielder, should be a fluid unit - these positions are not fixed
