40m long by 30m wide split into 4 equal zones.
Bag of balls at each end by the goals.
Play 6v6 with alternate zones of 3 red 3 blue.
Reds attacking one way, blue the other.
Explanation
Objective of game is the team in possession to keep the ball within their zone and create an opportunity to break the opposition line by playing ball to same colour in the other zone.
Team out of possession need to try win ball back. looking to put fast pressure on the ball, stay compact, stop split passes , keep equal distance between them.
Initially only option is to stay in the zones and pass between zones.

1. 1 defending player can move into zone to press the ball.
2. Players in possession can dribble to break line.
