Area: 20 x 40 area, 10m end zones, 20 x 20 mid zone (shaded), two small goals at each end
Players: 10-14 players, Even teams
Explanation: There must always be two defenders in defensive zone, attackers can only enter attacking third by dribbling of being played in with a pass. Play starts with one team from their defensive end zone. Attacking team aims to tranistion through the zones to score at the opposite end. Attackers can transition (move) from their mid zone into the attacking end zone by dribbling os receiving a pass, the two defenders can tranistion into mid zones.
Coaching Cues; movement to creating space/passing lanes; movement to support/tranistion in attack; knowing options before receiving the ball, first touch to create a passing opportunity; timing, weight and direction of passes; playing back to reset.

Players:8 -16+ player, (16 shown with two grids working simaltaneously). each grid is 5 v 3.
Explanation: Play starts with Player A passing into Player B who makes a forward movment to the ball, defender at position B is passive moving to block one side - does not challeng the ball, Player B reads the movement of the defender and takes a touch in the opposite direction, then plays a pass into one of the Player C's, defender in C Positions again is passive either blocking the pass to the Player C without the ball or blocking the dribble of the Player C with the ball. Player D makes a movement to creat space for the Player C to drive into. Players C/D combine to move the ball past the end line (blue) defender in D position again is passive. To reset - Defenders B moves to A in opposite grid, C moves to B, D moves to C - Attackers A moves to B, B replaces C that moved forward into D position, C/D that moved the ball out the end line moves over to D defender in opposite grid
Progression - defenders become active. Attacking Player A can now support Player B
