Rotation Drill.
Player 1 passes to Player 2 and rund to his/her spot. Player 2 passes to Player 3 and runs to his/her spot. Player 3 passes to Player 4 and rund to the center of the square. Player 4 passes to Player 5. Player 5 passes to Player 3 in the center of the square. Note: Player 4 & 5 remain stationary.
Player 3 starts the rotaion in any direction that he or she wants. He/She could start a rotation with Players 2 & 5 and Players 3 & 4 remain stationary.
Advance Variation: Players 4 & 5 switch positions as Player 3 receives the ball. Player 3 choses to eather pass directly ahead to the corner where player 4 was standing or pass diagonally to the corner where Player 5 was standing. Then the ball is pass back to the center by either Player 4 or 5.
