Attacking free kick:
Target -> Far post runner
How?
Set up:
Two players on the ball, one player with the wall, five player in the box
1) First player will run over the ball, play it backwards and keep running, hopefully dragging on of the defense wall players
2) Now two movements need to be timed perfectly at the same time: the player on the wall turns and start making his run to the box, and the player that was on the far side of the box runs towards the top of the box
3) Player now on top of the box gives a one touch pass to the wall runner, while all the other players wait in the box (even though they are offside, the ball is being played to the wall runner that is on side)
4) Wall runner plays it back into the box for the finish and goal

2) Cover near post / drop in to the line to make to the goal smaller in case of a header / run towards the ball in case of a short corner
3) Zonal marking in his area / might need to cover first post in case of a short corner
4) Zonal marking (usually best header)
5) Zonal marking (usually second best header)
6) Cover far post / drop in to the line to make the goal smaller in case of a header
7,8,9) Man marking -> making sure there are no free runs for the opponent, do not need to win headers but need to make the other team players struggle to get to the ball
10) rebounds and second ball / second runner towards the ball in case of a short corner
11) responsible for counter attack

Areas 7,6) 4-5 players
Areas 5,8) 1-3 players
Areas 1,4) 1-2 players
Areas 12,11,10,9) 0-1 players
Players expected roles:
2,3) Jump with the ball and be active after the free kick, 3 staying with the taker and 2 running inside to fight for second ball
7) player in between defensive block and wall, responsible for cutting crosses that might skip in front of the keeper
6) near post run
5) best header, responsible to "mark" the ball and go win challenges
8) second best header, cover more of the far post
4) man marking
9) main second ball collector
10) man marking and second ball collector
11) counter attack

Offensive throw:
Set up: two player to work with the ball and one taking the free throw.
1) player 3 run towards the ball asking for it loudly, player 4 is aware of his movement
2) player 3 lets the ball go by him and turns quickly around his defender
3) player 4 receives the ball and plays player 3 on the run with a one touch pass
4) player 3 crosses to player 5 to score
Timing is everything. Another important factor is the quality of the throw, needs to be a hard skipping ball close to the ground so that player 4 is able to play it one touch to the run of player 3

Attacking corner (15 mins)
Attacking corner:
Target -> near post running header
How?
1) Player in the 6 yard box will run towards the corner, hopefully dragging the near post defender with him
2) While he makes that run, the four players in the box will start their movements, 3 of them will move to the far post trying to drag as many defenders as possible, being very loud and wide
3) The target will start the near post movement
4) The player that ran outside of the box will do a one-two with the corner kick taker, that will then cross a inswing aiming for the near post
5) Near post runner heads it to score
