3 vs 2 Starting the counter attack + Transition into small nets
Objectives:
-To create the first step into the counter attack.
-To take advantage of the 3 channels into the counter attack.
-Speed in decision making.
-To provoke the players by the ball and dribbling.
-Finishing.
-To compite.
Explanation:
-2 teams in 2 different rolls.
-The red team will start the practise dribbling and passing the ball into one wide area.
-The rest of the red team players will go forwards to get the football and achieve the objective.
-The blue team will have to run to recover the position and defend the situation, they could counter attack if they get the ball.
Rules:
-The red team will not be able to score at least they get the 3 channels.
-They can be dribbling across the lines to provoke the players and create 2 v 1.
-They can swap positions.
-Variant: after 3 seconds 1 more blue player will run to recover the position ( 3 vs 3).

22 x 14 area.
6 players per group.
Description-
GK starts with ball and passes to attacking team
One defender must run around the cone before they can support and defend thus briefly creating a 2 v 1 situation

Description:
-The player into the middle will defend while the rest of the players have to pass the ball and keep the possession as much as possible.
-Every time the players in possession make X numbers of passes and play forward, players on the side will move up.
-1st phase: we will change the player in the middle every time the player gets the ball.
