Drill Designed to focus on 1-5-3-2 leading into 1-3-5-2 and or 1-3-4-3 / 1-5-2-3
rondo style drill defensive 5 to make 5 passes then play forward to the midfield 3 or bypass directly to the front 3.
This is a trigger for the full backs to advance and one c.mid if the ball is played to the strikers .
