Server starts with the ball in hands and defender starts by the pole. The server will throw the ball up and the defender will come out and head the ball back to the server before moving back into his start position. This will repeat over and over until at any moment the server throws the ball to either side of himself. When this happens the defender should read the trigger and get out quick and clear the ball into the mini goal. When he has done this he should push up aggressively and sprint to the pole behind the mini goals.

Defender starts in the middle of the cones and more specifically the poles. The practice starts with the defender having to get across to the colour cone that is called and get back in as quick as he can When he comes back the server will deliver the ball in at different heights, speeds and angles. It is then the job of the defender to deal with the ball and get it back into the servers hands. The process will repeat until he has completed a set of 6.

Defender starts the practice. He will fire the ball into the server who will then run at him. The defender must show him wide and not allow the server to get between the poles. If the server goes past the oles this is the cue for the defender to tackle and then take a maximum of 3 touches.Within the 3 touches he should look at trying to finish into the mini goal before the server has time to react and make a recovery challenge. At any point the server can randomly stop the ball when dribbling towards the poles. If this happens the defender needs to try and step in and get to the ball first and finish into the mini goals. If he can not get there first then he should look to be quick and aggressive and prevent the server from scoring into the mini goals.

Part 1
Server delivers a ball for the defender to attack with his head constantly looking to head the ball back into the servers hands. At any moment the server will run to one of the two balls situated either side and try and score in the mini goal. The defender must react and block it. The server will then go to the next ball and the defender must try and intercept it again.
