PRACTICE TWO: KILLZONE GAME
SETUP:
- Normal pitch with the addition of four boxes in each corner called 'kill zones' (these are key areas to assist from).
OBJECTIVE:
- Team in possession can score 10 goals after receiving the ball or dribbling in to a kill zone before assisting otherwise regular goals are worth just 1 goal.
CONDITIONS:
- First time finishes only.
COACHING POINTS: TEAM
- Own the ball to own the pitch
- Make it big
- Speed of play (variable to move opponents)
COACHING POINTS: INDIVIDUAL
- RUTHLESS COMPETITORS (non stop, driven even if winning convincingly)
- EXCELLENT BALL STRIKING (take chances when they arise)
- Shot execution (placed, chipped or driven)
- Pass execution (weight and accuracy)
- Cross execution (areas, power, trajectory).

PRACTICE ONE: SWITCHING THE POINT OF ATTACK
SETUP:
- Pitch split in to three vertical corridors, the two wide corridors are narrower than the central zone.
OBJECTIVE:
- A goal can be scored as normal however, if the team in possession must switch the ball from one side of the pitch to the other and score the goal is worth 10.
- This can be done either directly or by circulating the ball.
- Once the ball reaches the wide area it can be played in for other players to attack.
CONDITIONS:
- First time finish. 61% of goals finished first time in the premier league 17/18
- Score from a cutback or a cross. 77% of goals within the penalty area
- In doing so goals are worth 10 goals
- Normal goals can be scored for realism
