Session Set-up:

Size of area based on difficult you want the activity to be. Small area makes it more difficult for attackers and easier for defenders. Larger area makes it easier for attackers and more difficult for defenders.
Put players into 2 teams.
After a player attacks one goal they must defend the other goal.
Transition happens a goal is scored, the ball goes out of bounds or the defenders wins the ball
