2 player heading game

Set up: 2 players with 2 end targets (goals) in a  15 metre zone with 2 players at each end - either side of the target . each player on outside of zone has a supply of balls

AIM: heading technique works on developing both an attacking and defensive header.

HOW: BLUE player runs towards Player A (who throws ball in air) and Player BLUE tries to win header in air towards target. RED player tries to defend ball AWAY from target. 

After the challenge the BLUE player then goes to another server until all 4 players have served the ball in. Rotate players.in the centre blue player runs towards player "A"

COACHING POINTS: watch ball, good technique, body at target.
