2v1 - Overload in wide areas (10 mins)
The blue centre midfileder now goes as a full back.
Work the right side for 5 balls, then switch to the left.
Blues initially have a 2v1 overload, Red defenders need to make decisions with the holding midfielder coming over to support.

5 V 5 - Play starting from centre midfield (10 mins)
This time, servers start by passing ball into centre midfielder. Still looking for ball to go wide but play can also go through centre forwards, which will give the centre backs problems and leave holes in behind.
When reds win possession, still look to pass to servers.
