⚽Practice Organization

• A reaction fun game that puts the players to compete each other and react quickly
• Coach determines either colour or number, 1 stands for row 1 and 2 for row 2
• Accordingly we have 2 rows of colours, couch might declare one them. The player that on that time skips next to it has to sprint towards the side stick and the player of the opposite colour has to touch him and not let him go over the stick
• This game is very confusing and tricky because coach changes always numbers and suddenly calls for a colour

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Players skip as fast as possible
• Players have to move according to the number that they listen to(line 1 or 2)
• Players sprint as fast as possible
• Players need to be 100% concentrated and not to be distracted by any noise or other stimulus
• Coach tricks the players by shouting different words or vague colours
• Speak to the players and always pay attention which player executed the previous sprint and who was the hunter
• Players should sprint over the stick after touching it
• No deceleration in every try
• Augment the competition feeling of the players, by mocking them ''properly
