Instructions:
Teams in 4-1-3+GKs formations play normal game, but when attacking try not to have more than 4 attackers in each half.
Coaching points:
1- When ball is in central areas
a) play to winger who then drives in for full back to overlap
b) play ball to full back who then link up with winger for a overlap
c) play ball to CF who then pretend that is linking up with winger. However, winger must run infield to allow full back to overlap, so that he can receive pass from CF.
2) Move as a unit with intention to overload, penetrate, link up and end up in a clinical position
3) Be aware of the transition when loosing possession

Description
Setup as mentioned in the function slide. Play 4-3 (+GK and neutral player) formation, but Reds score in goals and Blues must link up with neutral player before scoring in small gates.
Feelings
I felt the session ran smoothly and the players understood my coachong points.
Evaluation
Overall, I felt that my detail, on,off and around the ball was good. I affected the ball and everyone around the ball.
Analysis
I felt that both teams understood their role within their team.
Conclusion
I think I could have used more of a target/objective for the blues when in the function.
Action plan
organisation at the start would have been much better. I would of had a debrief at the end instead of alowing the ssg to go all the way until my time was up

Istructions:
Play 4-3 (+GK and neutral player) formation, but Reds score in goals and Blues must link up with neutral player before scoring in small gates.
Progressions:
1- Play 4-4 against a GK-4-3 formation.
2- A goal after a overlap count as 2 goals
Coaching points:
1) Recognize where is the ball, teammates and opponents
2) Look for the space in front of you to run into
3) Anticipate when the ball will come to your side (recognize switching play) / when the support in front of the ball for the winger in possession is needed
4) Track winger movements – recognize when he will create space for the full-back to run into / use your own initiative and create space
5) Communicate with wingers (7&11) and other players “go away” “play” “go inside” etc.
