- L = Left footed player
3 players making runs from about level with the penalty spot to 6 yard line2 players sitting on edge of penalty area to pick up the crumbs

The kick is ALWAYS an inswinger
In the example above, the right footed player will take the kick.
The Initial Run
The player not taking the kick , runs over the ball and veers towards the side line
If it's an indirect kick, the runner touches the ball to make it live
Option 1
The ball is played to the runner, outside the wall
The runner then receives the ball then crosses the ball into the paths of the oncoming attackers.
Ideally the cross is hit first time
Option 2,3
Shot on goal

Ball clipped/whipped into area, just inside far post.
The 3 attacking players look to get a touch on the ball towards the goal
If no-one touches the ball, the ball should go in the back of the net
The 3 attacking players
the 3 attacking players should attack the goal
If the free kick is taken as a shot, the 3 attackers should look for rebounds
The 3 attackers should rotate and make runs to distract and confuse the defenders
The 2 sitting players
These players should not be static
They should rotate to distract defenders
They can also rotate with on of the 3 attacking players to cause further distraction and confusion
