Warm up Part 2 (10 mins)
Organization: 10 players 10/12 balls 6/8 pug nets 4/6 cones

Procedure: Each Player has a ball. Players look to dribble and find space to create the opportunity to score on any goal they want. Once they score they look to retrieve their ball. They must dribble into the middle square before they can look to score again and look to find a different target to score in.
Each Goal is worth a point. Can you score from distance using the correct technique?
Can you score in close using the correct technique?
The player with the most points win
Coaching Points: Striking & Finishing: Angle of Approach, Head Down and eyes on the Ball, Part of the foot (Laces for power, inside of the foot for accuracy) Part of the ball (mid/Center)

Organization: Groups of 2
- YELLOW: Player: Distributor
- BLUE Player: Receiver/Worker
Procedure:
Yellow player underhand the ball to the Blue player.
This is done while the Yellow Player is jogging backwards slowly & Blue Player is jogging forward at the same pace as Yellow is moving backwards
Blue Player does the work all the way to the halfway mark; then players switch back to the goal line (switching roles)Progression:
(1).Increase distance and do it in full stride (without stopping on every toss/header)
Challenge: How many header can you get from end to end (the more the better)

Organization: Heading (Placement & Control)
Procedure:
Server times his opposite located teammates run and throws the ball in the middle. Receiving player, runs in to connect and head the ball. (Take turns per team).
Scoring:
1pt: head the ball into big net to get 1 pts
2pts: head the ball into small net get 2 pts
Competition: Most points wins

As players arrive, have them join one of two games, it may be 1 v1, 2 v1 2 v 2 etc.
Objective: Players look to play to any teammate, once they make a pass they have to get out and around a net within 5 sec
Player Skill Set: short passing (part of the foot) driven pass (outside of the foot/Laces)
Organization: 18x20m grid, adjust to players needs.
Equipment: 6/8 Pug nets, balls, bibs/ cones.
