⚽Practice Organization

• A fun game that triggers players reaction speed and decision making
• Player are separated into couples
• The aim of this game is to react according to coach's order
• The secondary objective is to fight and react in order to get first the ''green bib'' that is placed on each cone between the players

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Players have to be in an active mini skipping status
• Coach shouts body points ex. head and according players have to touch the respective limp/part of their body
• Sometimes coach can call the players to touch opponents body points ex. opponent's shoulders
• In addition coach can call the players to execute a specific movement ex. burpee
• When coach blows the whistle, the player that grabs the bib is the winner
• At the end of the game, each loser has to execute 20 push-up as losing penalty
• Players are not allowed to push away their opponent or restrict them from reaching the bib
• However small cheating is always accepted and heats up the competitiveness
