Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Triangle rotations - dribbling

• aim is to score in a target /end line or zone/
• it develops pivot play, attacking channels through dribbling, as well as finding and attacking pockets of space
• play starts from ball nest
• play for a time limit w one team, then swap
• when D regain, can they keep it for 10 secs or attack opposition's end line and thus have a transition moment where both teams need to react

• 1 point for end line
• 2 points dribble in a zone
• 5 points combined

• have a constant rotation of the triangle to deceive and engage the oponent
• if team in possession are struggling, have the defending team man marking thus having gaps to exploit
• have a context; could be midfield 3; FB, CB and CM and so on
