Organisation

• Plenty of footballs 2 x goals 12 players in total 6 each side Red team start with crossing and Blue team start with recieving the cross and finishing the cross inside the box on target towards the goal
• the Red team have the first 3 chances and then the Blues will start the 3 chances this will be done at least 3 sets
• this session is designed to create realistic runs down the channel into theoppositions half and putting crosses in to the area.
• The idea of the game is for the Red team to start running with the ball and the Blue team player to run at the same kind of speed to arrive into the box just as the ball is arriving to try and finish with a volley from different parts of the body and even their head into the goal.
