Progression:
A defender is added to the box where the game takes place dfender wins the ball she throws down the pinnie no restriction of passes to get out of the box just good decision-making awareness of the forwards movements. A holding mid is added to reds.

Functional Striker (30 mins)
Organization:
1) 4 players pass and move in a 20x20 yard box on coaches call they look to play into the open striker or three players underneath. Player that passes joins in 5v2 to goal. After a goal or the ball is cleared.
2) A ball is driven out to number 2 who dribbles pass the cones and looks to cross the 5 players from the previous exercise make runs, check short, look to get open to finish. After a goal or the ball is cleared.
3) A corner kick is taken from the left the same five players attempt to score. After a goal or the ball is cleared the exercise repeats itself.
Rotation
Target forward goes to station 2. Passer stays in to join the attacking 4.
Station 2 crosser goes to station 3.
Station 3 crosser goes behind box of station 1 who then moves in the next turn
