Organization: 1 channel= 16x8 yd. Blue cones 8 yd apart and 8 yd from tall cone. 1 ball per pair.
Instructions:
Players keep in the same pairs, set up like above, 1 ball between 2.
Players are throwing their ball over the 2 tall cones and to their partner on the other side.
Coaching Points:
1. Both feet must stay on the ground.
2. Ball in two hands start behind the head.
3. Throw straight forward and follow through the hands at the target.
Progressions:
1. Ball is thrown in from A to B and B then does a throw in to A.
2. Ball is thrown in from A to B, B receives with their feet and passes back. Switch after 8.
3. Ball is thrown in from A to B, B receives and dribbles across. Players switch places, repeat.

1. Kick off rules.

Warm up- Sharks and Minnows (15 mins)
Organization:
32x24 yard area. All players with a ball except for 2 (sharks). Players with a ball are on the outside of one length. Sharks in the middle.
Instructions:
Minnows lined up on one side of the grid will try to dribble their ball across without the shark getting it, if they do, they become a shark for the next round.
Coaching Points:
Close touches to get through pressure.
Big touches to get away from pressure.
Keeping head up to find space.
Keeping head up to find shark.
Protect the ball.
Progressions:
Last 2 players left will become sharks for next round.
Can use this as all players with ball dribbling around and sharks being let out of the "tank".
