Play 1 (5 mins)

The RW, CM, and near-side DM are all lined up on the sideline, with the F lined up several yards behind the DM

  • The RW will set a screen to free up the CM

  • The RB will read how the defense reacts and throw it to either the CM or the RW

    • The RB will step onto the field immediately after throwing in so that she is an option

  • The drill is the same on the opposite side of the field, just with a LB and LW

Play 2 (5 mins)

  • The RB will read the defense and throw it to either the F or the CM

  • If the throw goes to the F, then she will drop it to the CM and make a run towards the line

  • The CM will then play the ball to either the DM, the RW, or the F
